Gerald O’Driscoll is an expert on international economic issues. He was the director of the Center for International Trade and Economics at the Heritage Foundation and senior editor of the Index of Economic Freedom. He holds a BA in Economics from Fordham University and a MA and PhD in Economics from UCLA. He has served as a vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and Citigroup, and speaks at academic conferences and universities on topics as trade, foreign aid and property rights.
