Mark Finaud is Special Advisor to the Director of the International Training Course in Security Policy (ITC). Previously, he was Consul-General of France in Australia; Head of Public Affairs in Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Counselor at Conference on Disarmament, The United Nations in the Heart of Europe. Finaud holds the Diploma of the British Chamber of Commerce in France, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Law of the University of Aix-en-Provence, France and he is a Graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies.
