Smith, Jr. is the President and Founder of this organization, Ivan G. Osorio is the editorial director, Frances B. Smith is an Adjuct Fellow and Juan Carlos Hidalgo is a summer research associate, who is also the coordinator of Projects for Latin America in the Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity. Julian Morris is the Executive Director and founder of the International Policy Network, Andrew P. Morriss is the inaugural H. Ross and Helen Workman Professor of Law & Professor of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Edward Stringham is an associate professor of economics at San Jose State University and Birgir Pétursson is a member of the Centre for Social and Economic Research at Iceland.
