Gerald P. Dwyer, current president of the Association of Private Enterprise Education (APEE), is a vice president in the research department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where he conducts research on financial and monetary economics. He is also visiting professor at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He holds a BBA in business, government and society from the University of Washington, a MA in economics from the University of Tennessee, and a PhD in economics from the University of Chicago.
