About this video

A successful implementation of sustainable development requires the existence of 3D property rights, the Rule of Law, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Using the Environmental Kuznets Curve, sustainable development leads to economic growth,  increase of human welfare, and environmental quality. Examples of unsustainable development occurred in the Soviet Union, Brazil, China, and India where the common factor is a centralized government.
