Michael A. Walker
Michael A. Walker is senior fellow at The Fraser Institute and president of the Free Market Research Foundation. He is cofounder, with Milton and Rose D. Friedman, of the Economic Freedom of the World Project, which now produces the annual Economic Freedom of the World Index. Walker has provided economic policy advise to several countries, including: United States, Argentina, Australia, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, Hong Kong, Jamaica, New Zealand, among others. He holds a BA from St. Francis Xavier University and a PhD in Econometrics from the University of Western Ontario, both in Canada.
