Ph.D. Georgia Harper
Georgia Harper is the Scholarly Communications Advisor for the University of Texas at Austin Libraries. She was Senior Attorney and manager of the Intellectual Property Section of the Office of General Counsel for the University of Texas System. She holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin's Law School, both degrees with honors. She has conducted various workshops and seminars on copyright issues. She has also been advisor to the Council on Library and Information Resources.
