Joel M. Stern talks about his experience in the areas of business and education. He explains that in order to give good advice to his clients, it is important to perform research in graduate schools of business where he will have the opportunity to learn and offer his help as well. Sterns shares anecdotes in the teaching area and mentions the people in the business and academic community that have had a huge impact on his own thinking and how he has tried to reward them. He also comments that the reason he has tried to help talented people to get education is because he can benefit in the future when hiring quality people for his businesses.
