29 de noviembre de 2012   | Vistas: 13 |   Communication Ideas Learning Learning Process

Communication is considered to be one of the most important elements used by individuals in a society to transmit ideas, feelings, and thoughts; consequently, the true challenge lies in the ability of each person to do so in an effective way. Stephen Clouse has a conversation with Luis Figueroa regarding the impact that good communication has in everyday situations. After having worked with important people involved in government and the private sector, Clouse speaks about his experience and the specific elements that involve the successful communication process, which are deeper and more complex than just words. He also explains the roles that the mind and the heart play when trying to convey a message, which ultimately resume in the capacity of motivating an audience.
