Georgia Harper is advisor of Scholarly Communications for the University of Texas at Austin Libraries.  In this interview, hosted by Andrés Wyld, she speaks about copyrights and the importance of teaching them in a university setting.  Harper explains what does "fair use" mean and also refers to the relationship between freedom of expression and copyrights.  She makes a comparison between United States and Latin America's laws, and comments about the evolution of this important study, as before, it only affected industries, but nowadays, it is involved in the daily life of any kind of individual.
