Theodore Wold, shares his thoughts about the biggest threats to the constitutional system in the 21rst century, among which he mentions the decline of virtue in the citizenry, and says that we can see that in the American presidential election with both candidates, because there’s been criticism of Clinton because of the lack of transparency and Trump for the rise of populist anger.

Society gets the leaders that they deserve, and leaders get the society that they deserve. I think we see that kind of reflexive principle right now."

He also explains what is the role of constitutionalism, the possibility to track the origins of the lack of virtue among voters and citizens, and why the way we study the constitution and law in universities is important.

Meet Leszek Balcerowicz, The Man Behind Poland’s Remarkable Economic Recovery, who made great reforms to his country's constitution and transformed the economy of Poland.
