Martin Cave is Professor and Director of the Centre for Management under Regulation in Warwick Business School and specializes in regulatory economics of the communications sector. He was also Professor of Economics at Brunel University. He is author of Independent Review of Spectrum Management, co-author of Understanding Regulation and co-editor of Handbook of Telecommunications Economics.
