Andrei Illarionov
Andrei Illarionov is a senior fellow at the Cato Institute’s Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity. He is the chief economic adviser of Russian President Vladimir Putin and served as the president’s personal representative in the G-8. Illarionov holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Saint Petersburg University. He founded the Institute of Economic Analysis and is its director.
