Carlos Moreno is judge at the Supreme Court of California and chairman of the California Blue Ribbon Commission on Children in Foster Care. He was president of the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA) and member of the California Judges Association, the Presiding Judges Association, and the Municipal Court Judges Association of Los Angeles County. Moreno has a JD from the Stanford Law School and a BA in Political Science, from Yale University.
