Connor Boyack

Founder and President of Libertas Institute

Connor Boyack is founder and president of Libertas Institute, a public policy think tank and nonprofit foundation in Utah. Named one of Utah’s most politically influential people by The Salt Lake Tribune, Connor has spearheaded dozens of legislative victories spanning a wide range of areas such as business deregulation, civil liberties, drug policy, education, government transparency, and property rights.

He is a regular commentator in national and international media, a public speaker, and the author of 25 books. Connor is best known for The Tuttle Twins books, a children’s series that introduces young readers to economic, political, and civic principles.
