He is co-founder and chief strategist at Texans for Lawsuit Reform, the most successful state-based civil justice reform group. He is an expert in various fields like liberty, democracy reform, crisis communications, litigation support and media relations.

Denis is an active speaker and instructor, he has been a guest lecturer at numerous universities, seminars, conventions such as The Antigua Forum.
