Dick Armey is a former member of the US House of Representatives from Texas’s 26th District and 23rd United States House of Representatives Majority Leader. He participated in the «Republican Revolution» and is chief author of the Republican Contract with America. He holds a MA degree from the University of North Dakota and a PhD from the University of Oklahoma.
