Research assistant at the Free Market Institute and a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Texas Tech University. His research interests include Economic Development, Public Choice Economics, and Law and Economics. His dissertation examines The Economics of Reform from a constitutional political economy perspective.
