Hank Edmondson
Director, Center for Transatlantic Studies at Georgia College
Professor of Government and Director of the Center for Transatlantic Studies at Georgia College. He has specialized in philosophy, social justice, constitutional law, and American political thought. He is author of the books The Moral of the Story: Literature and Public Ethics (2000), Return to Good and Evil: Flannery O’Connor’s Response to Nihilism (2002), and John Dewey and the Decline of American Education (2005).
Hank has a Bachelors of Arts in History, a Masters degree of Arts in Public Administration, and a Doctorate in Political Science. His teaching areas are: American Government, American Political Thought, Western Political Theory, Leadership, Constitutional Law, Literature and Politics, Nihilism in Politics and Culture, and Introduction to the European Union.
