Joseph Penn is Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry & Human Behavior in the department of Bio Med Psychiatry & Human Behavior at Brown University School of Medicine, Rhode Island. He is Director of Child and Adolescent Forensic Psychiatry in Rhode Island Hospital (RIH) and Director of Psychiatric Services at the RIH Training School. Dr. Penn is an expert in criminal, civil and health issues and he has testified as an expert witness in numerous occasions. He got his M.D. from the University of Texas Medical Branco and his B.S. in Biology (Summa Cum Laude) from Incarnate Word College.
