He has a degree in Mechanical and Computer Engineering with Cum laude, in the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology; a Master of Science in Soft Robotics and is studying his Ph.D. in Soft Robotics at the Harvard University.

He worked at NASA as an electrical and computer engineer intern, in Tesla Motors as a research scientist and manufacturing test engineering Intern, was Co-founder and developer’s kit printer lead in Voxel8, is the Co-founder, advisor, and board of directors in Electroninks; and a Wyss Institute fellow at Harvard in the Wyss Institute for Biologically inspired engineering.

He also works as a Board of directors in ShadeCraft and as a Soft Robotics Instructor in NuVu.
