Richard Sweeney is university librarian of the New Jersey Institute of Technology and member or the Executive Board of VALE, the Virtual Academic Library Environment of New Jersey. He does research about the Millennials (born 1979 to 1994) and the impact that this generation will have upon government, libraries, academic institutions, companies, consortia, organizations and the workplace. He has lectured about this field in United States, Egypt and Guatemala.
