Robert Barro is an economic advisor to the New York Federal Reserve Bank and the Paul M. Warburg Professor of Economics at Harvard University. He is also coeditor of the Quarterly Journal of Economics and Senior Fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution. Dr. Barro has a BS in physics from the California Institute of Technology and a PhD in economics from Harvard University.
