Todd Zywicki is Professor of Law at the George Mason University and he teaches in the areas of bankruptcy and contracts. He was professor in the Mississippi College School of Law. He holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia, an M.A. in Economics from Clemson University and an A.B. with high honors from Dartmouth College. He has also written more than 30 articles in leading law reviews and economics journals.
