Ulrich G. Schroeter is a full professor of law at the University of Basel (Switzerland). He has published books, book chapters and articles on international trade law, arbitration, commercial law and financial markets regulation, and has received awards for both his research and his teaching. He has been a member of the CISG Advisory Council since 2013.
