John Chisholm has three decades of experience as a general manager and entrepreneur. He is currently serial software entrepreneur/CEO at John Chisholm Ventures. Previously, he founded and served as CEO/chairman of CustomerSat (now part of MarketTools) and Decisive Technology (now part of Google).
John Chisholm is a member of the Development Committee of the MIT Corporation and a trustee of the Santa Fe Institute and the Seasteading Institute. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
