Francois Mottard is an entrepreneur and senior java developer. During this interview, he explains that the best environment for entrepreneurs is one where they can be creative and are free to take decisions, with the least legislation and bureaucracy possible. As well, he gives his opinion on the question if entrepreneurs are born or made; he says that everybody can be one, they just have to change their mind and unlearn the fear of failure that may have learned in school.
