In this talk, Christopher Horner talks about the many types of roles in environmental rule of law. He explains that there are various ways to implement laws to interpret authority from lawmakers and lobbyist and how the roles and implementations have changed over the couple of years. Christopher expounds that the new climate movement is a pivotal critic to capitalism and there are numerous components to the climate agenda that claim the only way for the energetic crisis of the 21st century. He recommends that law students interested in environmental disputes develop thick skins and to be aware of the challenges that await them.
