Birgir T. Pétursson, cofounder of the Centre for Social and Economic Research (RSE) in Iceland, explains the current financial situation in his country and around the world. Birgir T. Pétursson
Birgir T. Pétursson is an attorney and a partner at GHP Law Firm, and cofounder and former director of the Centre for Social and Economic Research (RSE) in Iceland. His professional experience includes positions with the Icelandic Bar Association, Longmenn Hofdabakki Law Offices, and the Icelandic Ministry of Justice. He graduated from the School of Law of the University of Iceland, where he is now an instructor; he is also a lecturer at the School of Business Administration. Pétursson is a columnist at the Icelandic business newspaper Vidskiptabladid.
