Ian Noel Hughes
Ian Noel Hughes is the British High Commissioner to the Republic of Sierra Leone and Ambassador to the Republic of Liberia. He was Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Guatemala (2005-2008); he was also Deputy High Commissioner on Mumbai (2003-2005) and Deputy Head of Mission in Mexico City (2000-2003).
