Charles R. Plott is William D. Hacker Professor of Economics and Political Science at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). A pioneer in the field of experimental economics and political science, he founded the Laboratory for Experimental Economics and Political Science (EEPS) at Caltech, which serves as a model for others around the world. Plott holds a BS in Production Management and a MS in Economics from Oklahoma State University; and a PhD in Economics from the University of Virginia.
