New Media  | 26 de julio de 2013  | Vistas: 114

Surse Pierpoint comments on how his family initially arrived in Panama to work in the Canal and since, he has been working at the Colon Free Trade Zone Association. He also talks about his recent involvement in a variety of liberty related projects in that country. He relates on the history and mission of the Free Trade Zone and its current venture, which consists of extending its success and prosperity to the nearby impoverished territories. He tells about the causes of paucity in those areas close to the Zone and emphasizes the role of property rights, as means to create wealthy communities. Pierpoint concludes by suggesting to provide incentives to recover, step by step, what once was a jewel in the Caribbean.
