He is an acclaimed conductor, educator, and lecturer. Co-founder and Artistic Director of Distinguished Concerts International New York (DCINY). He also founded and is the Director of this schools’ Distinguished Concerts Orchestra and also oversees DCINY”s mentoring program for conductors. He received his DMA in conducting from the Conservatory of Music at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Griffith has a Masters in Music Education from Wichita State University and Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Kansas.
