Activist and human rights advocate

Ti-Anna Wang is a Chinese activist for human rights. Born in 1989, her name commemorates in the victims of the Tiananmen Square massacre. In 2002, when Ti-Anna was 13, her father was arrested for opposing communism. Although no evidence was presented against him, Wang Bingzhang was convicted on charges of «espionage» and is currently in prison serving a life sentence. After the arrest and conviction of his father, Wang started an international campaign that tirelessly seeks his release.
