In 2019, he began as a student at the School of Film and Visual Arts at Francisco Marroquín University, Guatemala. Rodrigo has developed his skills as a screenwriter, producer, and director of photography. He has participated in thesis short films as a 1st AC and has been the editor of short films such as Umbrella (2019).
