He has more than 20 years of policing and is a leading lawyer globally and in the United States. Schnell has chaired the editorial board of the M&A Lawyer publications since 1997.

He has also received numerous accolades for his work. He has been named several times as Dealmaker of the Year and Dealmaker of the Week by The American Lawyer and as a leading attorney in the Financial Times’ most innovative M&A transactions.
