Carlos Mayen is the Chief Executive Officer of a Chick-fil-A Franchise, where he brings his passion for business leadership and community service. In addition to his role as a CEO, Carlos is an adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific University in the School of Business and Management, where he teaches his students how to conduct business and lead from a biblical perspective. He has also previously served as an assistant professor in the Department of Agribusiness and Agricultural Economics at New Mexico State University.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Carlos is deeply involved in his faith community as an Elder at Grace Church of Glendora. He leads mission teams to Guatemala, focusing on supporting children and empowering small business owners through his work.
