Roelofs, born in 1962 is an artist, designer, sculptor,  cabinetmaker and car and houses’ mechanic. He has been the owner of several restaurants and breweries  around North Virginia.  He went to Northern Virginia Community College. He is currently work supervisor for Habitat for Humanity, that builds houses for people who can’t afford it and the main illustrator of the course”Discover Don Quijote de la Mancha”
