Edwin J. Feulner Jr. is president of The Heritage Foundation. He is treasurer of the Mont Pelerin Society, where he was president in 1996-1998. Previously, he served as trustee and chairman of the Intercollegiate Studies Institute (ISI), he was also board member of the National Chamber Foundation and of the Institut d’ Etude Politique, France. Feulner holds a BA in English from Regis University, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, and a PhD from the University of Edinburgh. He also attended Georgetown University and the London School of Economics.
