Economist and expert in property rights and in the design as well as implementation of policy reforms with innovative models that promote social cohesion and economic development. She has advised countries on economic, financial and legal policies and is the founder of Panel Group, a specialized advisory group that invests in undervalued property and gives counsel on informal real estate and related public policy. Panaritis is also a member of the Hellenic Parliament.
