Evan Knight

Evan Knight is a conservation technician at the Benson Latin American Collection of the University of Texas at Austin, where he determines preservation needs and oversees conservation treatments among the collection’s volumes, periodicals, and sheet music. Previously, he was a conservation technician at the Municipal Archives of the Department of Records in New York City and a program analyst at Expo Communications, Inc. He has a BS in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and he is currently a candidate for a MS in Information Studies from University of Texas at Austin. Knight is a member of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic & Artistic Works, the American Library Association, and the Guild of Book Workers.
