Lesley Hayes does research into the EO Forum process, where she intends to carefully explore the forces and structures that draw entrepreneurs together to share stories and exchange creative experiences in a group setting, which support entrepreneurial innovation at the individual level. She has 20 years of entrepreneurship experience with Electraslide Corporation, Vicom Multimedia, Burntsand Inc. and No Drama Media. Hayes currently serves on the board of Northern Abitibi Mining Inc. She has also been a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization for over 16 years, and has served on the local chapter board and international Forum committees. Lesley Hayes graduated from Alberta College of Art + Design (ACAD) with a major in Visual Communications; she holds an MBA and is now a PhD student in Entrepreneurship from the University of Calgary, Canada.
