Mark Crain
Mark Crain is the William E. Simon Professor of Political Economy at Lafayette College. He worked for many years in the George Mason University as Director of the Center for Public Choice and Professor of Economics. He has published seven books, including Volatile States, a book that analyzes the evolution of public policy and its impact on economic and fiscal performance in the American States. He holds a PhD in Economics from Texas A&M University and a BS in Economics from University of Houston.
