Nolan Gray

City planner at New York City

Is a city planner at the New York City Department of City Planning, he earned a Master on City and Regional Planning from the Rutgers University. He obtained a BA in philosophy and political science from the University of Kentucky. His research interests focus on urban planning in relation to housing costs and economic development. Nolan has been a regular contributor for Strong Town since 2016 this is an international movement dedicated to making communities across the United States and Canada financially Strong.
