Raymond Duch
Director, Nuffield Centre for Experimental Social Sciences
Duch is an official fellow at the Nuffield College, University of Oxford, and the director of the Nuffield Centre for Experimental Social Sciences, which currently has centers in the United Kingdom, Chile, and India. Raymond’s research focuses on responsibility attribution, incorporating elements of theory, experiments, and analysis of public opinion. He is also a professor and journalist of experimental methods.
He has conducted research in North America, Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe, and the Republics of the former Soviet Union. Duch is the founder of Behavioural Analytics that advises public and private clients. In 2008 he published an award-winning book, The Economic Vote, that demonstrates that citizens hold political parties accountable for economic outcomes.
