Suzanne Mancillas is outreach and reference librarian at El Paso Public Library, and librarian at Anamarc College. She has experience in providing reference services with OPACs, article databases and the Internet; she has also acquired customer service experience in a library setting. Previously, she worked at Border Institute of Technology – El Paso; Thomas Branigan Memorial Library; Knowledge River Institute, and Main Library of University of Arizona. Mancillas holds a MA in Information Resources and Library Science from University of Arizona; and a BA in English and Spanish from New Mexico State University.
