About this video

In this conference Gary Hoover develops eight tips for a successful entrepreneurial venture based on his personal experience.  He describes how he managed to build his own revolutionary business and how he was able to pursue his visionary dream following the tips he describes ahead.  Curiosity, he states, is one of the most important elements due to the fuel it provides to a person's imagination.  A good sense of history, geography, and consistency, amongst others are some tips he elaborates in order to achieve success.  Hoover also explains how constant specialization and learning through different methods play important roles as well in an entrepreneur's prosper venture.  Finally, he comments on how important determination and effort are in order to achieve personal goals, but most importantly, he stresses on the significance of loving and embracing the projects a person undergoes in life, in order for them to work and flourish.
