Charles W. Baird has been professor of economics and he’s currently associate dean for academic affairs in the College of Business and Economics at California State University, East Bay. He has been a visiting professor at Stanford University; University of the Witwatersrand, and Universidad Francisco Marroquín. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
