Ann C. Tunstall is a biological engineer, she provides strategic insight into the research, development, and evaluation of novel pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and combination products at SciLucent. She assists clients in the development and implementation of regulatory strategies and product development plans. She has also prepared numerous marketing approval and notification submissions including INDs, NDAs, IDEs, 510(k)s, PMAs and Tissue Reference Group (TRG) requests for recommendation. Tunstall has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas, an MS in Material Science and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
