Eight Keys to Creating and Building Successful Enterprises

New Media  | 15 de enero de 2010  | Vistas: 17

In this conference, Gary Hoover shares his ideas on business and describes eight keys to creating and maintaining a flourishing enterprise. He provides examples of successful and unsuccessful businesses in the United States and examines their strengths and weaknesses. Hoover, who has created several successful companies, discusses how he first became interested in business and entrepreneurship as a child. According to Hoover, curiosity is the cornerstone of any enterprise and he recommends getting back to a childlike state of wonder. He also explains that the primary objective of a business should be to serve customers and to discover how to make their lives better. He firmly believes that there are opportunities everywhere and that if people have their eyes and minds open they can identify them.
